What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, an ancient Tantric Yogic practice, is a form of guided meditation that you are free to experience while in any position that feels most comfortable rather than in the Asanas (poses) of Hatha Yoga or strictly seated as in some other meditation traditions. This particular style of meditation allows you to process emotions in a healthy way, to fully experience your life, and to re-wire your brain and life to be where you are and what you want now. Yoga Nidra is an incredibly powerful tool in my life and has taught me to welcome and greet my feelings, emotions, and beliefs, and I am honored to be able to pass this along to my students.
