What is Sound Healing?
Vibrational Attunement, my term for Sound Healing, is another form of energy work that uses vibration to break up and release blockages in your mind and body. While there are many musical instruments and a wide variety of other tools that can create vibration, sound healers often play drums, singing bowls, and tuning forks, which all create an intensely felt and easily directed tone. These instruments give off beautiful and gentle tones and create a vibration that allows you to first experience whatever feelings may arise, and then to process and release those emotions and thoughts for a healthier and clearer state of being. Sound healing is a great way to create the necessary safe and powerful space to allow the body and mind to release, process, and heal.

In my Vibrational Attunement sessions, I use metal Tibetan singing bowls, healing crystal singing bowls, a gong, a kalimba, metallophone, chimes, African ocean drum, rainstick, harp, and metal drums. No two sessions will be the same because the songs are not scripted; instead of a set pattern of notes, I intuitively draw from whatever your individual needs may be at that exact time to play the sounds that will bring you to a point of stillness, from which you can experience whatever may arise. During your Vibrational Attunement treatment you may feel a range of emotions come to the surface, and that is absolutely okay; you can feel secure that, in my office, you are in a safe and energetic space to allow you to release these feelings in a non-verbal way. Through Vibrational Attunement, I will help you to clear these old blockages and remove the mindsets that stand in the way between you and a happier, healthier life.
